Weddings

Weddings are our specialty.

We provide professional support for each step of the process from the ceremony through to the end of reception by meeting with our clients in advance & carefully planning each event milestone.

We validate our client’s expectations beginning the night of the rehearsal where we step-through the ceremony events live the night before the big day. Being present for rehearsal allows our clients to experience the ceremony & make any necessary adjustments prior to the event.

We also coordinate with venue staff & other vendors to ensure your ceremony/reception events run smoothly while milestones are captured by your photography professionals.

We provide separate sound-systems for both ceremony & reception. Our ceremony system is compact & wireless, seamlessly blending into the background while providing sonic clarity for all in attendance. Our reception system follows the same principals on a larger scale.

Private Parties

Celebrating life’s landmark events such as graduations, birthdays, class reunions, corporate events & much more. We bring our equipment & customize the layout to your specifications. This includes our top of the line sound system, up-lighting & dance lighting to ensure your event is one to remember.

LIVE SOUND

Our Live Sound services consist of 3 key areas.

Front of House Sound & Monitoring:

Front of House sound-system.
Mixing of live band instruments & vocalists.
Stage Monitors. (Individual monitors for artists/presenters)
Wired & wireless microphones.
Stage snake connections from stage to mixing console. (Minimize trip hazards & offer clean/organized routing of all cables)

Stage Lighting & Effects:

LED stage front-lighting, side lighting & effects. (Lasers, moving head fixtures & more)
Custom lighting control for artists, performers & presenters.
Haze effect to enhance impact of live performances. (similar to fog effect, odorless & subtle)

Sound Reinforcement:

Music playback between performances, during breaks & general purposes. (Background music)
MC support of announcements, events & performances.
Wireless handheld & livelier microphones for announcements & in-the-crowd interviews.
FM broadcast up to 8 miles.
